We all know the reasons people pretend they don’t want to live in So. Cal. – too many people, too much traffic, too expensive, too many fruitcakes and nut cases, too much Hollywood and not enough morals, etc. But here are the real reasons that they aren’t telling you….

You might get tan.
You might develop an allergy to palm trees.
Someone might confuse you for a movie star.
Your daughter refuses to wear a turtleneck under her swim suit.
You’ll go through snow-shoveling withdrawal (Anthony is really worried about this one).
You might find yourself frequently wandering along the beach at sunset.
With so many good restaurants you risk putting on weight.
You might get addicted to avocados.
There is too much to do.
And the main reason:
People will come to visit and decide to move in!
